They include formal Design Documents and storyboards (where appropriate), eLearning courses, and job aids. The first course was completed for a client who needed their seasonal sales staff to feel more comfortable making recommendations to customers. Check out "Recommending a Great Bottle" to learn about different types of alcoholic spirits - and also to see how I deal with organizing information and create workplace simulations as assessment. This course was created in Articulate Rise.
The second course was created for a fictional client with a need to empower site-level management to take specific action. Check out "Property Management: Contractors and Vendors" to see how I approach using interactive elements to aid in comprehension and retention. This course was created in Articulate Storyline.
The third course was created for a fictional client that will be implementing a peer mentoring program for new customer service representatives. As part of this, they have a need to train these new mentors on how to provide feedback. Check out "Giving Feedback" to see how I design interactive virtual instructor-led training (vILT) that emphasizes practice and community building. This course was created in Google Workplace (Slides and Docs).
They come from a variety of sources, including work done for specific clients, interesting challenges from the eLearning Heroes community, and samples completed as part of my AIDA coursework.
